In business since 1993. Has vast practical experience, gained at multinational and Polish companies, such as: Nestle, House of Skills, Procter & Gamble, Grey Advertising, United Biscuits, Time for Team, Ciech Group. He drove transformation projects, created and implemented marketing strategies, nurtured communication and team engagement, achieved sales targets and developed businesses. Worked with all functions (form marketing to shipping), hierarchies (from boards to internships) and majority of industries (from FMCG to BPO). Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
