For years, he has been managing project teams working on new services and initiatives in various industries. At work, he uses design thinking, service design and, more recently, system thinking. During the implementation of projects, he focuses primarily on a flexible approach to problems, user’s, client’s and business’ perspective. This requires the iterative approach of trial and error. Design Thinking is an approach that he often implements in his work, and he has already shared his experiences with clients such as mBank (mDesigners) or Santander Consumer Bank. He designs services in a way that combines the perspective of the user and business, which means the usage of Service Design (SKANSKA, mBank, IKEA, PARP). The agile approach is something that he has always used (even if unconsciously) to manage the needs of the various stakeholders during the course of the initiative. He believes that projects are never concluded, they are just abandoned – and experience in methods such as Design Thinking, Service Design and Systemic Thinking allows him to work consciously and ‘abandon’ projects only when they complete the delivery of value to users and customers.
