It has been a long time since Agile ceased to be a novelty, a young flower of an uncertain colour. Agility has become a philosophy, an approach, a set of principles conquering one market after another, leaving its high tech cradle far behind, and delivering an injection of creativity, innovation and efficiency to businesses so eagerly sought by manufacturing, HR and service sector. And since we know already that agnostic – simply putting: universal – Agile is here to stay, the conference takes next logical step into the future – tackles specific cases, experiments and methods that make Agile transformation a today’s reality.

Press, radio, television, digital. I have been working since I was fifteen years old. Radio Three, Radio ZET, TVN24, TVN, Onet. I was changing places, because I was looking for knowledge from wise bosses. I met masters who found time to teach me their profession: Kaczkowski, Niedźwiecki, Kydrynski, Mann, Miszczak. I appreciate smart presence in front of the camera and on stage. I support modern personal brand building and development of own communication channels. I train companies and individuals.
My clients are CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and C-level managers of major corporations. From technology companies, media companies, transportation companies, startups to banks. I teach how to speak so that the story is not fleeting. How to tell a story to make it engaging. How to behave on stage to win with quality from the first seconds.
