Leader of agile consulting practice at Deloitte Polska. For over 7 years he has been working in the consulting industry, implementing strategic and transformational, technological projects. He started his adventure with agile as a Scrum Master in a Deloitte recruitment platform initiative for the Central European region. Currently, he supports clients from Poland and Europe, mainly from the financial and telecommunication industries, in adopting new working methods, in the implementation of digital transformation programs, focusing on the integration of business and IT. He combines pragmatism with passion to provide the best possible digital solutions. His experience is enhanced by agile area certifications (PSM I, SAFe Agilist, LeSS Practitioner). He actively shares his knowledge on the Deloitte blog ‘Agile organizations’, in the Harvard Business Review Polska and Computer Reseller News Polska magazines.
